The Calenta is an attractive fire bowl with a tiled outer rim. It is made of durable steel and stands on 4 legs for stability. The Calenta is supplied with a BBQ grill allowing you to do some outdoor cooking as well as using it as a patio heater, and for extra safety it comes with a mesh spark guard.

It is important that you observe the instructions and the maintenance recommendations that come with the firebowl.

Metal fire bowls will corrode. How much they rust depends on how often they are used and whether they are left out in all weathers. To reduce the amount of corrosion, store the fire bowl in a dry place when not in use. The rust can be removed by brushing off with a wire brush, once this is done you can re cover with a heat resistant paint.

Important Safety Advise

The firebowl is for outdoor use only, do not use indoors or under a porch or canopy. Do not use petrol or any other accelerant on the fire. The metal of the firebowl will become very hot, avoid touching this as it will cause the skin to burn. Never leave the firebowl unattended when burning or allow children near it without an adult present. The firebowl should not be moved when burning or hot. Do not empty the ash until it has cooled down. Always place the firebowl on a flat surface away from combustible materials. Do not use the firebowl in windy conditions.
