The high heat out put of the cast iron burners ensures it can be used for direct cooking while the hood allows for roasting or indirect cooking.

Cover when not in use. Clean cooking surfaces by heating and treating with brass bristle brush. The cast iron burners should be cleaned periodically and the holes to be checked for blockages. Drip tray should be emptied and cleaned frequently and all steel and stainless steel surfaces to be cleaned periodically to maintain surface quality. Product features limited 3 year warranty on the BBQ and 12 month warranty on the trolley.
